This job involves
- Helping clients find an appropriate leaflet or fact sheet
- Showing clients how to look information up on the internet
- Keeping a record of how many clients you have helped
- Can be combined with other roles
Qualities you will need:
- Good with people
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn some simple software packages
- Able to keep records
Training and support:
- Training will be in house
- Support will always be available

What happens next?
We will arrange an informal meeting in the bureau where you will have the opportunity to meet other volunteers. If you decide to volunteer with us, we will arrange training for you.
